How do I place my first order?

First time orders must be placed over the phone to obtain the needed shipping and billing information. Our Customer Service Representatives also inform you of our policies and procedures. The first order must be paid by VISA or C.O.D. by cheque. You may also open an account with us by completing and submitting an account application form. Account holders may submit orders by phone, fax or email, and will recieve a confirmation or their order.
