Do you have a restocking or return fee?

Regular stock items that are returned do not have a restocking fee, gathered the return was authorized. Special order items (those items which do not appear in our catalogue, flyers or website) may be subject to a restocking charge, please don't hesitate to inquire further with one of our Customer Service Representatives.
